What to Expect During Your Stay

Arrival and Check-In: Upon arriving in Grand Falls-Windsor (unless picked up at Gander International Airport), a Hideaway Lodge representative will meet you at an agreed location at 2:00 PM. You can follow our representative in your own vehicle (at your own risk) or park it at a designated location and ride with us to the camp. The drive to our Main Lodge takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes on a rugged road. Once you arrive at the Main Lodge on Sunday, you will be welcomed by our staff, enjoy some snack food, and settle into your room. We’ll head to the practice target to ensure your rifle accuracy. Later, we’ll handle license signing, final payments, and hunter-to-guide assignments. The evening concludes with a social gathering and a delicious dinner prepared by our professional chef.

Afternoons/Evenings: Prepare and head out for the afternoon/evening hunt. After returning, enjoy a well-prepared dinner and relax for the evening.
